Our fishing season will start on May 1st. If there is interest in April Kings we will be pleased to accommodate you.
May and June are mainly for King Salmon and halibut. This is also the time when whales are moving through so bring your camera with plenty of batteries!
July brings ling cod plus the Silvers start to make an appearance towards the end of the month. Kings, halibut and rockfish are still available, too!
The Silvers start peaking in mid August and continue through September 15th.

For the family photographer or the seasoned professional...the picture taking opportunities afforded by Kodiak Island and her surrounding waters are endless! There is an abundance of scenery and wildlife such as several species of whales, including Orcas, Humpbacks, Grays and Fins. Catch an eyeful of an occasional sea lion or sea otter. The birds range from bald eagles to puffins to a wide array of sea birds and ducks. You might even capture the famous Kodiak brown bear roaming our rocky shores. Whatever you may encounter it will ensure that your trip is memorable!
